REFUNDS & RETURNS
We work very hard to offer some of the best quality flies available. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of any unused product you purchase from us you can return it for a full refund, no questions asked.
Important Details:
- Please notify us within 30 days of purchase to return any unused items for a full refund. If you end up deciding to return an item after 30 days please contact us and we will do our best to make things right.
- Refunds are issued via the same payment method used to place the order, generally speaking, your full purchase amount will be refunded back to your card or paypal account. There are no fees or additional charges for this.
- When returning a product that you are not satisfied with we will email you a shipping label free of charge so that you may ship your item back to us.
- Used items: We will offer returns and refunds for used items on a case by case basis. Any items you are looking to return due to a defect or other issue that is not the result of your usage will be given a full refund.
- Returned items, new or used, do not need to be in the original packaging to receive a refund.
